WHO WE ARE
The Malaysian Association of Qatar (MAQ), was formed on 14 April 2000 on the recommendation by YB Dato’ Paduka Abdul Kadir Sheikh Fadzir, the then Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture, who was on an official visit to Qatar. MAQ is officially recognized as the association representing Malaysians in Qatar and patronized by the Ambassador of Malaysia to the State of Qatar.
